Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Delivery
Upon arrival, immediately check your meals and ensure the dry ice has kept the contents at a safe, frozen temperature.
- 2.Document Any Issues
If your order is damaged or incorrect, take clear photos of the packaging and the specific items in question within 24 hours of delivery.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and the photos of your shipment to initiate a claim for a credit or reshipment.
- 4.Dispose of Product
Once your claim is processed, you may discard any damaged items or keep incorrect meals at your discretion, as no physical return shipment is required.
